New-fashioned, en suite room with temporary heater, a bar plus the largest bedroom, and helpful staff. Lots of food available in the café. Location - magnificent, so close to shops & restaurant and First Direct Arena.

The room we had included well enough space and air conditioning. Friendly professional and very professional staff plus the breakfast was free of charge. Location: the hotel was so close to centre and fabulous view overlooking the christmas tree, great restaurants, and the main areas in the city.

I found the hotel's location amazing, just next door to the city centre and the arena, and train station which had lots of shops and places for a snack. The ambience felt really comfortable and the service was good.

A nice size room with excellant facilities and a decent sized bed plus the bedroom, the stuff was fabulously helpful, whenever I needed help. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators worked well.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Leeds. The staff were exceptional and accommodating hole time of my stay. The hotel had a marvellous location, steps away from a train station. Nice restaurant served Indian specialities.
